Computers for Change sells refurbished laptops with a 1-year hardware warranty that covers hardware failure (for example a keyboard that stops working). It does not cover accidental damage, liquid, drops, cracked screens, or viruses. Most repairs start at $99 plus parts; a $50 bench fee applies if a no-parts fix is not possible, and final pricing depends on the device and the work involved. Retail sales are in store only; we do not ship store orders.
